Simply do this

Be still,
and lay aside all thoughts
of what you are and what God is;
all concepts you have learned about the world;
all images you hold about yourself.

Empty your mind of everything
it thinks is either true or false,
or good or bad,
of every thought it judges worthy,
and all the ideas of which it is ashamed.

Hold onto nothing.

Do not bring with you one thought
the past has taught,
nor one belief you ever learned before from anything.
Forget this world,
forget this course,
and come with wholly empty hands unto your God.

Is it not He Who knows the way to you?

Over Frans

Hypnotherapist, journalist and runner Frans Vermeulen took his first spiritual footsteps in Australia with deep trance channel Margaret McElroy from the Australian Institute of Metaphysics. Thereafter he focused as a writer on spiritual topics. Frans has interviewed some of today’s leading spiritual teachers, including Rananda, John de Ruiter, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Robbert van den Broeke, Caroline Myss, Ton van der Kroon, William Whitecloud, dr. Sha, Robbert Moss, Olof Smit, Patricia Cori, Robert Tenzin Thurman, Eric Pearl and Gary Renard. His greatest love is what he regards as “the pure non-duality of A Course in Miracles.”
